GOSSIP - Beth Behrs revealed! (Rayna Jaymes, prendi nota!)
Beth Behrs is all business on the cover of Vegas magazine’s December issue, out on newsstands now! Here’s what the 28-year-old actress had to share with the mag:
On traveling back and forth between LA and Nashville, to study guitar and dabble in songwriting: I’ve just begun the journey of songwriting, and still have a lot to learn. But what I love about writing country music is that you’re able to tell a story, which is what you do as an actor as well. It’s super exciting. I’m just trying to learn as much as I can.
On working with one of her idols, Julie Andrews: She told me I had perfect pitch and was so kind to me. It was and still is one of the best days of my life!
On sharing some history with her 2 Broke Girls character, Caroline (When she was cast, she was juggling a job at the Geffen Playhouse, working as a nanny, bartending on the weekends, sharing a one-bedroom apartment, and barely paying the bill): I was basically living the Max and Caroline life when I got cast, so that was the easy part.

L'EDICOLA DI LOU - Stralci, cover e commenti sui telefilm dai media italiani e stranieri

CORRIERE DELLA SERA
"Fargo" e il rodimento delle certezze
"«This is a true story».

Mic
There would be no better Bond than Idris Elba.
At least, that's the sentiment of Amy Pascal, the head of Sony's film division, according to emails that were released after the massive hack that eventually led to the cancellation of assassination buddy comedy The Interview. The message in question here is a simple one: "Idris should be the next bond." Pascal sent it to Elizabeth Cantillon, former executive vice president of production for Columbia Pictures, in January, according to the Daily Beast. While some of Pascal's other email leaks have been relatively embarrassing, this one has the significance of being absolutely right. While Daniel Craig is starring in the iconic spy franchise's upcoming installment, called Spectre, he's only under contract for one more Bond movie after that (it would be the 25th of the series). Craig doesn't seem married to the role, voicing his interest in other movies and telling Rolling Stone in 2012, "I've been trying to get out of this from the very moment I got into it." Elba — who you might recognize as Stringer Bell from The Wire, John Luther from Luther or that one god who stands in a gilded gazebo for most of Thor — definitely seems game. Asked about whether he would play Bond during a Reddit AMA, he responded,  "Yes, if it was offered to me, absolutely."
He's got support from others in the business too. Jamie Foxx told the Daily Beast, ""I ran into Idris and I said, 'You know you're the motherfuckin' James Bond, right?'"
Only time will tell. Pascal may very well be on her way out at Sony thanks to the leaks and the company's handling of The Interview disaster, and who knows what other executives have in mind for the cash cow franchise. But if there is any faith to be had in Hollywood, Elba will get his shot.

Hot on the heels of the confirmation that David Fincher and James Ellroy are working together on an HBO show comes the news of another project that Fincher will do for the big cable network. Fincher will direct the pilot for an HBO music video show called Living on Noise, described as a “half-hour HBO project about music videos in the 1980s.”
The Wrap has the news. Fincher, of course, got his start as a director making music-related projects. Early on, there was the Rick Springfield concert film The Beat of the Live Drum, then a series of increasingly more high-profile music videos for the likes of Sting, Madonna, and Michael Jackson. This doesn’t sound like a documentary series in the vein of HBO’s Sonic Highways, created with Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters, but a dramatic series reportedly rooted in the 1980s music video scene. Fincher was talking to Playboy not long ago, and mentioned “this TV show I’m doing about music videos in the 1980s and the crew members who worked on them.” That would seem to be Living on Noise.
The timeline for production of this show is unclear. In addition to Shakedown, which is the James Ellroy project, and Living on Noise, Fincher is also working on a new version of the UK series Utopia for HBO, partnering with Gone Girl author Gillian Flynn. Fincher will direct all of the first season of Utopia.
