"Charlie's Angels" has become ABC's first cancelation of the fall TV season.
The network confirmed Friday that production has shut down, though episodes that have already been shot will continue to air in the Thursday 8 p.m. time slot for the time being. At least seven episodes are believed to be in the can. Rumors of its demise had been circulating all week were all but confirmed when the series barely inched up a tenth of a ratings point Thursday, to 1.3 rating/4 share in 18-49, 6.0 million total viewers. The series has aired four episodes to date having launched on Sept. 22. No word yet on whether ABC has settled on a permanent replacement in that time slot but special "The Great Pumpkin" has been skedded to Oct. 27.
On Thursday, ABC had better news, ordering full seasons of Wednesday series "Revenge" and "Suburgatory" and six additional scripts of "Happy Endings." Sony Pictures Television produced 'Angels" with Millar-Gough Ink, Flower Films and Panda Prods. Executive producers are Marcos Siega, Drew Barrymore, Nancy Juvonen, Leonard Goldberg, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar.

inevitabile per una reboot(tanata) come questa!!!
nun se poteva guardà
heard about the this show before and when i found out that instead of them being 3 underappreacted police officers made into private eyes to 2 thieves and a dirty cop i simply said this is NOT Charlies Angels.. To make it worse to cast complete nobody's into the roles it just meant disaster... Oh Drew... what were you thinking working on such a turkey, you're better than that.
Actors like Eddie Izzard, Jeremy Piven and William Shatner would have been better.
il fatto che tra i produttori ci fosse uno che fa Siega di cognome la dice lunga
The original wasn't exactly high art, but this was a terrible remake.
