NEWS - I telefilm fanno male a chi non li ha (più)! Patrick Stewart e Miley Cyrus caduti in depressione...

For a girl who is rich, famous and engaged to be married, Miley Cyrus is somehow still dreaming of more. On Sept. 13, the 19-year-old singer and actress made several surprising and somewhat depressing comments on Twitter. In a series of tweets she wrote: "ever feel like you want just.... something more. not sure what exactly... passion perhaps? sometimes i feel like i love everyone more than they love me. hatttte that feeling. Thought of the day: maybe it's not that they love you less, they just love you the most they are capable of loving."The sad sack comments alarmed Cyrus' nearly 9 million followers, who immediately wondered if everything was all right between the singer and her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, whom she became engaged to in JuneThe former Disney star responded to their worries, assuring them that was not the case:

We've become particularly fond of Cyrus' Twitter musings over the past year, because her ruminations are both fairly amusing and often enlightening. The singer's propensity to stand up for what she believes politically and personally via her Twitter account has proved rather impressive. Her Twitter presence is appreciated, but Cyrus also seems to have a desperate need for attention, which is more than evident by her constant documentation of her ever-changing hair, alarmingly shrinking body and skimpy outfits
Perhaps Cyrus' depressing tweets are evidence that something is truly wrong, but it's also likely that the world was simply witnessing a public teenage mood swing.

He may have survived the Borg, but it appears that Time Warner Cable has assimilated Sir Patrick Stewart's life-force. Or at least that's what the actor, best known for his portrayal of Captain Picard on "Star Trek: The Next Generation," tweeted at the cable and Internet service provider Thursday:
The Consumerist reports that after Stewart's complaint was retweeted "a few hundred times," Time Warner Cable's social team got back to him, asking, "How can we assist you?". But the actor wasn't impressed. "If that question had been asked at any time in the last 36hrs it would have been of value," Stewart shot back. BetaBeat has the full Twitter exchange between the Shakespearian actor, who recently became a resident of the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, N.Y. Time Warner Cable eventually released a statement to the blog, assuring everyone that the situation was under control:
“Our Care and Social Media teams are fully engaged to make sure he’s well tended to. On behalf of the many Trekkers and Sir Patrick Stewart fans across our company, I can assure you, we will make it so,” the statement said.
The blog also reported that Stewart isn't the first "Star Trek" actor to experience a warp core breach over the company's lackluster customer service.
Once Stewart's story was posted to Reddit, the social news community responded in its own way (Warning: Strong(er) language).
