NEWS - Clamoroso al Cibalix! JJ Abrams una ne fa e cento ne assembla: progetto su poliziesco alla "Robocop" per Fox
Notizia tratta da "The Hollywood Reporter"
Fringe duo J.J. Abrams and J.H. Wyman are reteaming for a sci-fi project set up at Fox. The new show is set in the not-so-distant future, like Abrams' upcoming NBC drama Revolution, and revolves around LAPD officers who are now partnered with highly evolved humanlike androids. The network, which will wrap Fringe following a 13-episode final season this year, has given a pilot-production commitment to a futuristic cop drama, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. Wyman will pen the untitled project and executive produce alongside Abrams and Bryan Burk for Bad Robot and Warner Bros. Television, where Abrams is based. Kathy Lingg will co-executive produce. The buddy-cop drama comes as Abrams prepares to wrap Fringe with a fifth and final season and as the prolific producer is poised to launch NBC's postapocalyptic drama Revolution -- which is set 15 years in the future.
